eWebStoreListing provides e-commerce account management services including account setup, product listing, order management, and advertising for platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart.

2. Account Credentials

By providing your e-commerce platform credentials, you authorize us to manage your accounts on your behalf. We will handle your credentials responsibly and restrict access to authorized team members only.

3. Payment

Plans are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4. Service Level

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, we cannot guarantee specific sales results as they depend on many factors including market conditions, product quality, and pricing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain valid platform accounts
• Comply with platform-specific policies
• Respond to queries in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding of eWebStoreListing website remains our property. Product content created for your accounts is owned by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

eWebStoreListing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
