Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within the first 7 days of service if no significant work has been performed. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Setup fees (if any)
• Training courses once classes have begun
• Custom work already delivered
• Document processing fees

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
